Ralph Garboushian

Ralph has been honing his skills on behalf of local governments since he joined Barbara T. McCall Associates, a CapitalEdge predecessor firm, in 1995. In the almost three decades that Ralph has worked for cities in Washington, he has developed strong expertise in federal-local relations addressing a broad array of legislative, grant, and regulatory issues for his client cities, most of which he has represented since the beginning of his career.

 

Perhaps Ralph’s most distinguishing characteristic is his passion for and love of cities and urban issues. His extensive knowledge of issues facing both his clients and cities across the United States make him one of the most knowledgeable and passionate city representatives in Washington and prepare him to help client cities address any issue they may have.

 

Ralph holds a B.A. (Phi Beta Kappa) from Skidmore College, and an M.A. in Political Science from Syracuse University.
